SunTrust has just brought a new porduct into the market to help those Jumbo loan buyers. This is especially helpful in the Baltimore and DC Marketplaces.
In DC, we are looking at Purchases up to $1,042,000 with 80% financing ($833,600) and in Baltimore we are looking at Purchases up to $800,000 with 80% financing ($720,000).
The 30 year fixed rate mortgage in Baltimore is 5.45% and in DC it’s even lower at 5.40%. Call me if this will help any of your clients!
Jumbo Fixed Rates have not been this low in ages.
